Personal Interests

Whether you find us in the woods in Winding Hills walking trails with our dogs OR coasting along a local byways on our Harley - you can BET we are THINKING about Real Estate!!  Ask our KIDS, it is like a second language - we can just interrupt the flow of conversation and start up in our "Realtor-speak!"  That is just how much our JOB has become our avocation. 

With the advent of the NOOK as well as our IPHONE we have been able to utilize our time much more efficiently - whether it be at open house (1-4 on Sundays) OR on the boat, deep sea fishing...we are always connected.  We have even managed to read the same books electronically giving us something to new discuss together, besides Real Estate!1

Our favorite passtimes revolve around family times; whether it is cooking, eating, decorating, shopping or traveling; being with our families makes it so much more FUN.  We put the FUN back in disfunctional!


Personal Background

OUR BIOGRAPHY
Making a living in straight commission sales has molded Bill into a strong, no-nonsense leader in every career in which he has worked. Bill began his real estate career after years of high pressure positions as an owner/operator of a branch of the Virginia Textbook Company and also as a director of manufacturing and production control manager of the “Top Mode” Women’s Clothing Manufacturer. Bill is a native of the Harrisburg Area, specifically Enola. He graduated from Bishop McDevitt High School and St. Lawrence school (the last parochial four room schoolhouse, in which he honed his unique personality). While raising his 2 sons, Bill spent 17 years in Lynchburg, VA. Upon returning to the Harrisburg Area, Bill began his years in Real Estate and the rest, as they say; is history.
Bill and Louise have been a team in the “business” of Real Estate since 1998. This has proven to be a winning combination. Generally, Bill’s focus is on New and Resale listings PLUS organization/planning each settlement; whereas Louise works with most buyers, handling showings, resale open houses and coordinating/communicating for transactions.

With Bill’s “elephant-like” memory – he has a reputation for NEVER forgetting any listing that he has seen. This gives him a grasp for details that many agents overlook. In an industry in which knowledge is POWER — Bill has gained much respect from his peers for his strong negotiating style. Bill and Louise are agents who are known in the industry as ones who get things DONE!! 

Education 
Bill has a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Millersville University. Bill has been trained as a mediator and has served on the GHAR grievance committee and served on the GHAR Board of directors.  Louise has a bachelor's degree in Secondary Education (Bio) from Bloomsburg University as well as a Masters Degree in Education from Penn State - Harrisburg.  Committee work in schools, church and communities has been a focus for Louise over the years.
