As we can see from comparing last month to April 2012, the numbe of new listings jumped (as it did in all Central PA counties this year). Cumberland County PA Real Estate Market Update - April 2013
Here's the Cumberland County PA real estate market report for April 2013.
New listings in April 2013 were at 435, up from 369 a year ago. Homes going under agreement (pending) climbed to 318 from 248 in April 2012, and closed home listings rose to 255 from 213.
