Here's the Adams County PA real estate market report for April 2013.
Comparing last month to April 2012, we can see that there were more new listings of homes for sale in Adams County than a year prior. Here's the April 2013 Lancaster PA real estate market report...
As we can see from comparing last month to April 2012, the numbe of new listings jumped (as it did in all Central PA counties this year). Here's the Cumberland County PA real estate market report for April 2013.
New listings in April 2013 were at 435, up from 369 a year ago. Homes going under agreement (pending) climbed to 318 from 248 in April 2012, and closed home listings rose to 255 from 213. Here's the York County PA real estate market report for April 2013.
New listings of properties coming on the market in April 2013 were about at the same levels as last year in 2012. At the same time, pending home sales were up to 438 from 350 last year, and closed home sales jumped to 396 from 323 last year. Homes that failed to sell were way up in 2013 (385 vs. 274 in 2012).

Here's a look at the Berks County PA real estate market for April 2013.
As with many other Central PA counties, the new listings of homes in Berks County were up from 2012, to 636 listings. Pending sales were also nicely up to 368 from 316 last year. Closed sales did decline in April, however, to 255 from 291 last year. Homes that failed to sell were up a bit to 211 over 211 last year.

Here's the Dauphin County PA real estate market report for April 2013.
New listings of homes for sale in Dauphin County jumped significantly over last year, from 391 to 436 just in April. Pending home sales were up just a bit from 237 to 243, and closed home sales similarly rose a bit from 199 last year to 217 this year. Listings that failed to sell also climbed from 113 to 148.

Today we'll review the home sales statistics for Lebanon County PA real estate for April 2013.
As we can see, new listings climbed to 210 for the month of April over 176 last April.
At the same time, the number of homes going "under agreement" pending was exactly the same at 97, as was the homes sold at 83. Homes failing to sell dropped by 10 to 64.
