When I list your home I will make sure you are getting the most marketing exposure possible! Open Houses, print material and web exposure. I will work to negotiate the best offer for you and keep you updated and involved with every step of the selling process. My goal is always to make sure you are 100% satisfied! I also have good experience working with homes that may have to sell as short sales and those that maybe going through divorce or have to sell as an estate.
I enjoy working with first-time home buyers, buyers that their families are expanding and empty nesters looking to downsize. As an Army wife, I also work with all types of military personnel.
