Jason Manges

Jason Manges, a Cumberland County lifetime resident, specializes in residential sales including new home construction, first-time home buyers and relocation.  Jason graduated from Penn State University with degrees in Finance & Real Estate.  He is a former owner of Point Exteriors, a highrise building maintenance firm.  In addition, he has owned a landscape design build company for over a decade.
    His business management skills and creativity with design have made his company one of the most sought after in Central, Pa, earning the title of "Best Landscape Co. 2007".  This business background has provided him with an extensive knowledge of the local construction industry. 
     Jason considers one of his greatest assets, his ability to listen, a plus in his real estate career.  He feels that purchasing a home or land is the most important decision most homebuyers will ever make.
