As the result of our research, Mary and I had the pleasure to find Tom Hall who is now “our Real Estate Broker for Life”. Since we lived in the DC/Maryland area at the time it was important for us to have someone who could simplify the entire process and whom we could trust to find homes that would meet our needs in Lancaster County.
Tom sent us links to preview homes so we could focus our actual “look see” time. Since we both had demanding jobs his ability to be proactive made all the difference. We know we were very particular, but Tom worked with us and found our dream home after only a couple of visits to the Lancaster area.

Being first time home buyers, working with Jennifer Chenault was a great experience for my family. Jennifer was informative throughout the entire process from beginning to end.
