We're Growing Again! Opening a New Holland, Lancaster County Sales Office

The Lancaster-based company merged with the Hometowne Realty Professionals, office located at 745A East Main Street, New Holland PA 17557.  Hometowne Broker Glenn Yoder has joined Coldwell Banker along with agents Anita Yoder, Vernon Martin and Marilyn Groff. 

“We’re excited to add Eastern Lancaster County to our office family – Glenn has built a great operation that we’re glad to partner with and add the Coldwell Banker legacy to” commented Ryan Hess, partner of Coldwell Banker Select Professionals.  The New Holland office joins the Ephrata and Lancaster offices serving Lancaster County.

Glenn Yoder is an Associate Broker and holds ABR, GRI and CRS designations, has been licensed since 1999 and is a past president and Realtor of the year with the Lancaster County Assocation of Realtors.  He serves as president of the Eastern Lancaster County School District.   Realtor Anita Yoder is also an interior designer and has been licensed since 2010.  Realtor Vernon Martin has been licensed since 1968 and holds his Associate Broker license.  Martin is a member of the Kiwanis Club of New Holland.  Realtor Marilyn Groff has been licensed since 2010 and has a background in insurance and business in eastern Lancaster County.
