Central PA Relocation program benefits from inter-office competition


Coldwell Banker Select Professionals Relocation group announced the winners of a summer inter-office competition highlighting awareness of the company’s relocation program, which assists hundreds of Central PA employees with their company moves.

The competition pitted the “east side” of the company vs. the “west side”.  The east side, consisting of the Lancaster, Ephrata, and Wyomissing offices, emerged victorious and were treated to a barbeque event at the Ephrata sales office this week.

Relocation Vice President Naomi Fredlund commented “we had a tremendous response from our 10 offices on both sides of the river, from Berks to Hanover”.   She added that the goal of increasing referrals sent and closed within the relocation program was also met. 

The relocation group of Coldwell Banker Select Professionals services hundreds of referral leads of transferees across the country and across the world.  “Their core values of customer service, professionalism, and positive attitude are evident from the first call all the way to the settlement table” added Fredlund.  The company is a principal broker for the nationally-known Cartus Relocation network, with certified local agents helping Central PA executives, members of the armed forces and their families move in and out of the region.
