Camp Hill, PA (September 19, 2012) – Coldwell Banker Select Professionals congratulated the Camp Hill office for posting top sales volume in the Central Penn marketplace in August 2012.

The Coldwell Banker Homestead Group Select Professionals office, located at 4075 Market Street and consisting of 51 real estate agents, closed nearly $22 million in real estate sales for the month for the top slot.

“Our team is industry-leading, and I’m proud of them” noted Manager Linda Melham.  The average sale price of $276,844 was also one of the leading results for August.  Sales figures are from the Central Penn Multiple Listing service, whose market area encompasses Dauphin, Cumberland, Perry and northern York Counties.
