Here's the Adams County PA real estate market report for April 2013.
Comparing last month to April 2012, we can see that there were more new listings of homes for sale in Adams County than a year prior. Here's the April 2013 Lancaster PA real estate market report...
As we can see from comparing last month to April 2012, the numbe of new listings jumped (as it did in all Central PA counties this year). Here's the York County PA real estate market report for April 2013.
New listings of properties coming on the market in April 2013 were about at the same levels as last year in 2012. At the same time, pending home sales were up to 438 from 350 last year, and closed home sales jumped to 396 from 323 last year. Homes that failed to sell were way up in 2013 (385 vs. 274 in 2012).

Today we'll review the home sales statistics for Lebanon County PA real estate for April 2013.
As we can see, new listings climbed to 210 for the month of April over 176 last April.
At the same time, the number of homes going "under agreement" pending was exactly the same at 97, as was the homes sold at 83. Homes failing to sell dropped by 10 to 64.
